Grower network, field visits and procurement moved onto one record.
CCGB runs a contract farming operation for marigold cultivation across Chamarajanagar district, coordinating a network of farmers, field agents and supervisors. Running that network at scale meant needing tighter oversight, quality control and traceability than paper records and manual coordination could give it.
Kultivate Kaani digitized the full cultivation lifecycle. Farmers, agents and supervisors were organised into linked clusters, with every plot geotagged and geo-fenced and nursery-to-transplanting stages tracked on a consolidated map view. Company inventory was digitized end to end — seasonal input requirements projected, distribution to agents and farmers tracked on record, and agent commissions calculated automatically. In the field, supervisors logged visits against GAP standards and recorded pest and disease occurrences as they happened, while group sowing, dynamic recovery amounts, verification workflows and input request/return flows handled the operational detail. Procurement payments were reported alongside a complete farm-to-factory trace for every input.
CCGB now runs its contract farming supply chain on one system — fragmented paper records replaced by real-time field data, tracked inputs and dashboard visibility across the entire grower network.
