Advisory, expert queries and farmer requests moved onto one tracked platform.
TNPL runs a plantation farmer network for sustainable forestry and tree cultivation, coordinating growers, field officers and estate management. Reaching that network relied on ad hoc, in-person outreach — advisory content wasn't delivered consistently, expert advice was hard to access at scale, and farmer requests had no way to be tracked from query through to resolution.
Kultivate built the TNPL Farm Connect platform on two linked pieces: a self-registration mobile app for growers and a management portal for TNPL officials. Farmers register with their farm details — acreage, livestock, machinery — in a multilingual app, then reach cultivation guidance, FAQs and external resources in a minimum-clicks layout, submit technical queries to cultivation experts, and track every request through to resolution. TNPL Reach Out lets officials push targeted notifications filtered by zone, district, region and crop, while weather forecasts and a field officer directory give farmers day-to-day support alongside the advisory content. On the portal side, TNPL officials update content, manage users, respond to queries and access the farmer directory.
Advisory that once depended on ad hoc, in-person outreach now reaches TNPL's plantation network directly on one platform, with every query tracked from submission to resolution.
